This page applies to printed books only — the Physical Edition and the physical part of the Premium Bundle. The Digital Edition is delivered instantly by email and download and does not involve shipping.
How your book is made
Every BraveBound book is printed on demand, just for your child, by our print partner. Nothing is pre-printed: production starts only after your order is confirmed.
Production time
Once your story is finalized, your book is sent to print. Typical production (printing & binding) takes [X–Y business days] before the book ships. Production time is separate from the shipping time below.

Shipping cost
Shipping is included in the price of every physical order — the price you see at checkout is the total you pay, with free worldwide shipping. [Confirm any exceptions or surcharges for specific regions, if applicable.]
Order tracking

Christmas & seasonal deadlines
For guaranteed delivery before a specific date (e.g. Christmas), order by [CUTOFF DATE]. After that date we cannot guarantee arrival in time — consider the instant Digital Editionas a last-minute option.
Shipping address
Please double-check the shipping address at checkout. We can only change an address before the book enters production. Orders returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur a [re-shipping fee / require a new order].
Damaged, defective, or lost orders
If your book arrives damaged or with a printing defect, contact us within [N days] of delivery at [support-email]with a photo, and we'll arrange a [free reprint / replacement]. If a shipment is lost in transit ([no movement after N days]), contact us and we'll [investigate / reprint].
Returns
