1. Acceptance

By using BraveBound Books you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

We create personalized, AI-generated children's books based on the details you provide. You can generate a free preview, and optionally purchase a digital edition, a printed edition, or a bundle.

3. Your content and accuracy

You are responsible for the details you submit (child's name, age, traits, fear) and confirm you have the right to provide them. You are responsible for reviewing the preview before purchasing.

4. AI-generated content

Story text and illustrations are generated by AI and may contain imperfections or stylistic variation. We use safeguards for a consistent, child-appropriate result, but cannot guarantee a specific outcome.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown at checkout (Digital $24.95, Physical $49.95, Bundle $54.95). Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices may change, but changes do not affect orders already placed.

6. Digital delivery

Digital editions are delivered by email (download link and/or attachment) once your book is generated. Generation typically takes a few minutes.

7. Printing and shipping

Physical editions are produced and shipped by our print partner (Lulu). Delivery times depend on your location. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

8. Refunds

Because each book is personalized and made to order, [define your refund policy here — e.g. digital sales are final once delivered; physical orders can be refunded/replaced if defective or damaged].

9. Intellectual property

We grant you a personal, non-commercial license to use the book created for you. The BraveBound Books brand, site, and underlying technology remain our property.

You agree not to misuse the service or submit unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
